The usual way to subscribe to any blog, or online journal, is by using a “feed.” The feed is updated whenever a new post is made to the blog. This lets you keep track of many blogs, newspapers, and other websites all from one place.

To subscribe, first sign up with a service like Google Reader or Bloglines; then give that service this address:

Do You Use Firefox?
